Returns & Exchanges.

If you want to make an exchange or return, please contact us on our phone +34 976252030 or send us an e-mail to direccion@belan.es. Check that the garments are in perfect condition, with the label and the corresponding purchase receipt. Otherwise, Arte Infantil SL reserves the right to reject the exchange or return.

With our customer service we try to offer a quick and efficient service to our customers to solve any problem with our articles or shipments.

If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, contact us immediately via email at direccion@belan.es. http://belan.es/ assumes the transport costs caused by the return due to manufacturing defects of the product.

Deadlines for exchanges and returns.

You have a maximum of 30 days to make an exchange or return. After that date, the exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store will not be accepted.

The garments must be in perfect condition, with the label and with the corresponding purchase receipt. Otherwise, Arte Infantil SL reserves the right to reject the exchange or return.

"In the event that the purchase has been made through the web, the consumer has 14 days, from receipt of the article, to exercise their right of withdrawal. In this case, Arte Infantil SL will reimburse the initial shipping costs but the cost of return will be paid by the consumer in accordance with the Spanish Law on Retail Trade ”.

You have a maximum of 30 days to change one garment for another, either model, size or color.

If what you want is to return the purchased item and you do not want to receive another in exchange, we will send you a nominative online shopping voucher with no expiration date (not valid in sales periods).

Changes and returns in promotional periods.

.

Changes to purchases made during the sales period or special promotions that are made once said promotional period has ended, will be accepted keeping said reduced amount solely and exclusively for a matter of color or size.

In case the change is not for the same garment, a voucher will be delivered for the amount of the purchase. In case of acquiring a new garment, the price will be the one prior to the promotional period.

Likewise, during the period of sales or special promotions, payments with refund tickets are not allowed.

How exchanges and returns are processed.

Changes:
Once you have indicated the item you want to change, we will send you a second return shipment through our courier company. When you deliver said order, you must deliver to the courier the products that you wanted to change from the first order. This return service has a cost of € 5.00 (within the peninsula, if not, consult the shipping costs section) that will be paid by transfer once the new package is delivered.

Arte Infantil SL does not return the money, except in case of defects or manufacturing defects. Only in these cases the transport costs incurred are assumed by Arte Infantil SL

Returns:
If what you want is to return the purchased item and you do not want to receive another in exchange, we will send you a nominative online shopping voucher with no expiration date (not valid in sales periods).

You can return the product within a period of 14 days from the moment of receipt of the merchandise and you must notify Arte Infantil SL in advance through the email direccion@belan.es. The expenses originated by cancellation or return of orders (roundtrip postage, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

The return will only be accepted if the returned product is in perfect condition. In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to Arte Infantil SL, the Buyer will bear the expenses generated by this return. Changes in size, color or other characteristic, which are due to a change in the customer's opinion or a customer error at the time of ordering, are considered non-attributable causes. If the return of defective products is lawful, Arte Infantil SL will be responsible for the shipping costs, as long as the Buyer communicates this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order. The Buyer may choose to order a product in exchange for the one that is returned or request a nominative online shopping voucher without expiration date (not valid in sales periods).
